Place Orders and Payments
- Customers choose card templates and place orders on Website: thesimple.vn
- Make a deposit of 50% of the order value through 2 forms of Direct Cash or Bank Transfer.
- After placing an order successfully, the system will send a confirmation email and attach a card printing information form for customers to fill out.

Browse Templates and Adjustments
- After receiving the information, after 1 day The Simple will upload the design file and send it back to the customer to confirm the information.
- In case you need to edit information, customers can email the designer in charge of the order or call the hotline 0902 595 993 or 0903 696 946.
- In case customers need to print samples, The Simple supports printing 1 sample completely free of charge

Production, Delivery and Payment
- The time of finished products will be as agreed upon when the customer places an order.
- In the inner city. HCM: The Simple delivers to your place and is completely free, customers pay cash when receiving goods. Payment by bank transfer, please transfer before delivery.
- In the provinces: After the customer transfers the remaining amount, The Simple will send the garage or post office, the shipping fee will be paid by the delivery party.
