WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
1. Warranty Policy
►CONDITIONS TO APPLY:
- The product is warranted for free during the period of use corresponding to the warranty stamp in the following cases:
+ Manufacturing defects, no assembly, lack of spare parts,
+ Error due to the shipping process from our company
- Printing World refuses to provide product warranty for the following cases:
+ The product no longer has a warranty sticker or the warranty period has been exceeded as specified on the sticker.
+ The product is damaged and defective from the customer's side, such as scratches, the product is not intact due to external forces or affected by weather (wind, rain) during use.
- In all cases, the decision of Printing World is final.
- Note : To avoid unexpected cases, when receiving the product, you should carefully check the product and the attached warranty stamp.
2. Return Policy
►RETURN CONDITIONS:
Conditions for return and return printing:
- The product prints the wrong content compared to the sample approved by the customer.
- The product is printed in the wrong color compared to the approved sample.
- Products printed with wrong specifications such as wrong size, wrong lamination, ...
- Products get wet, moldy, wrinkled, ... during storage and transportation.
The non-printing condition is reprinted:
- Customers browse wrong content leading to wrong printed products.
- Customers do not provide color alignment samples or do not require color approval before printing, leading to color deviation of printed products.
- Products get wet, moldy, wrinkled, ... during your transportation and delivery.
Terms of return policy:
- Time to return and exchange within 05 days , counting from the time the order is successfully delivered. World Printing would like to refuse all complaints about the appearance of the product in case you notify after this time.
- The product is not dirty, has no strange smell, has no signs of being used.
- The product is intact and complete with accessories.

► HOW TO REFUND:
Method 1: Exchange products directly at the store
You can bring your products directly to The World Printing Company at the address: 193/9R Dien Bien Phu, Ward 15, Binh Thanh, City. Ho Chi Minh during our working time:
Monday to Friday : Morning from: 8:00 ÷ 12:00 , Afternoon: 13:30 ÷ 17:30,
Saturday from: 8am 12h00
Method 2: Exchange products via shipping method:
You can contact us to report faulty goods via hotline 1900 0305 or email hotro@thegioiinan.com so that we can support you on the spot.
►Shipping cost:
Printing World will bear all shipping costs during the entire return process.
Note: The World of Printing only applies the return policy until you are satisfied without applying the refund policy in all cases.
You are directly responsible for the content when confirming the printing and The Printing World is responsible for the correct implementation of the content of the customer when confirming the order.
