Thegioiinan.com is the name of an e-commerce product built and developed by WORLD PRINT CO., LTD and officially registered with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam. When you place an order online on the website system, you have read, understood, accepted and complied with the following terms:

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PRINTING WORLD

Article 1: The Printing World has the right to accept reprint or non-reprint if you encounter one of the following cases:

1.1 Cases of reprinting or additional printing:

a. The customer has approved the content but the finished product has the wrong content or the font is missing compared to the approved sample.
b. Finished products printed with incorrect printing specifications such as: wrong size, wrong lamination, etc. (The allowable size range is specified in the tolerance technique)
c. Printed products of customers suffer from problems such as: wet, mold, wrinkled, ... during the process of preservation or transportation by World Printing staff.
d. The finished product is not delivered in the correct quantity as promised on the order.

1.2 Cases of not reprinting or additional printing:

a. The customer approves the wrong content or does not approve the content, so when the finished product prints the wrong content.
b. The customer did not give the sample color or did not approve the color before printing, so when the finished product printed the wrong color.
c. The finished product is printed to the wrong specifications, but it can be handled by technical means to correct the problem.
d. Printed products of customers have problems such as: wet, mold, wrinkled, ... during the process of delivery, storage of customers and transportation at the bus station.

Article 2: In case of order cancellation

If you cancel the order for objective reasons other than the terms and time agreed in advance on the Order before proceeding with printing, The Printing World is responsible for a refund of 50% of the money you have paid. deposit. In case you cancel your order when designing and printing, we will not refund the deposit you have placed.

Article 3: Commitment on intellectual property rights

3.1 The World of Printing undertakes not to use, manufacture or supply products bearing the customer's trademarks, trademarks, logos and other intellectual property rights for any purpose or provide to third party without the consent of the customer.

3.2 Design copyright: The World of Printing commits that each design upon request is the property of the company's intellectual property, and the World of Printing has full copyright on those designs.

Article 4: Code of Conduct

Printing World will not take any action in violation of applicable laws regarding the prevention of fraud, bribery, corruption, fraud, money laundering or terrorism.

GENERAL RULES

Article 5: Obligation to provide information

When ordering, please provide full information about your name, address, email, phone number, etc. We have information security policies to ensure the best interests of our customers.

5.1 These are mandatory information, customers are obliged to provide sufficient information for us to serve you in the best way based on that.

5.2 Cases of missing information or providing false information will not be resolved.

Article 6: In case of refusal of an order

Printing World is not responsible for or refuses orders in violation of the following items:

6.1 Providing false or intentionally spammy personal content.

6.2 All printed content that propagates, opposes and distorts the government and is related to politics and religion.

Article 7: Regarding system interference, data structure

Absolutely do not use any program, tool or other form to interfere with the system or change the data structure.

Article 8: Prohibited Cases

It is strictly forbidden to distribute, propagate or promote any activities to interfere, destroy or infiltrate the data of the Printing World's server system (hack, cheat...).

8.1 When you discover a system error, please notify the admin team via email hotro@thegioiinan.com

8.2 Do not engage in any unauthorized login attempts or attempt to log in illegally as well as cause damage to the Printing World's server system.

Article 9: Commitment to information security

9.1 All personal information of customers will be kept confidential by us and not disclosed. We do not sell or trade this information with any other third parties.

9.2 As mentioned above, all member's registration information will be kept confidential but in case the law agency requires, we will be forced to provide this information to the legal authorities.

Article 10: Additional Terms

Printing World may change, supplement or amend this agreement at any time and shall make it publicly available on the Website. And when you continue to use the website, after changes to these Terms are posted, it means that you accept those changes.
